Brazil attacker Alexandre Pato’s move from Corinthians to Sao Paulo on loan has moved even closer with the news that the two clubs have reached an agreement to transfer the player, with Jadson moving in the opposite direction on a permanent deal.
A Timao spokesman said: “The clubs have signed the contract and it just remains for the players to sign.”
Pato will move to Tricolor until December 2015, with reports suggesting that Corinthians will kep paying 50% of his wages for the duration of the loan. The player is under contract at Corinthians until 2017.
