Botafogo’s Dutch player Clarence Seedorf has been named the best player of the 2013 edition of the Rio de Janeiro State League.

His team Botafogo won the competition and also dominated the list of award winners, having eight players in the Team of the Year as well as the best manager and best newcomer.
