Kaká has been left out of Jose Mourinho’s squad to face Valencia in their La Liga clash as a result of his red card against Osasuna last weekend.

The playmaker is currently in negotiations with AC Milan over a loan deal although talks seem to have stalled over the Brazilian’s wage demands.

Marcelo is also another big name Brazilian to be left out after making his comeback in the Copa del Rey clash against Valencia earlier this week.

Mourinho is believed to have told the left back to improve his fitness in training before being handed a starting berth.

The injured Pepe and Sergio Ramos, who is suspended, will also not be travelling with the team to face Valencia at the Mestalla.

Real Madrid currently lie in third, 18 points behind rivals Barcelona although that could be closed down to 15 after the Catalan giants lost 3-2 away to Real Socidad last night.
