São Paulo’s Lucas Moura is determined to win the Copa Sudamericana as a parting gift to fans before moving to Ligue 1 giants PSG.

The playmaker is set to complete his €45m deal in January but São Paulo have one last game, the second leg of the final against Tigre at the Morumbi.

“My time is coming to an end,” Lucas told FIFA’s website. “My heart is shocked, but I still have some training and a decisive game left. I really want to give Sao Paulo this title to give back all the love this club has given to me.

“With the help of the guys and supporters who will fill the stadium, all the conditions are set to clinch the title.”

Lucas admits that the pressure will be on him to perform once he makes the switch to France but insists that he is ready.

“I know everybody expects a lot from me, according to all I have experienced at this club so far. I am ready for that.”

São Paulo now have home advantage after securing a 0-0 draw in Argentina last week.
