AC Milan forward Robinho has reignited talk of his potential departure from the San Siro in January.

The 28-year-old has been heavily linked with a move away from the Serie A side, especially with former club Santos keen to capture his signature.

Milan executives have repeatedly reiterated their desire to keep the Brazil star at the club, however, Robinho has revealed he is still open to a transfer.

He said: “Milan do not intend to sell me and are certainly a club that have opened the doors and given me an opportunity.

“I have a history with Santos and with me it will be easy to agree, but there are other Brazilian clubs who are talking with AC Milan and with me.

“My love with Santos is eternal but they are a professional side and see what is best for me.”

The Rossoneri face Reggina in the last 16 of the Coppa Italia on Thursday, following their 4-2 league win over Torino at the weekend, in which Robinho scored.
