Lazio midfielder Hernanes will not be leaving the club despite rumours of his departure, according to his agent.
The 27-year-old has been starring for the Biancocelesti this season, firing Vladimir Petkovic"s side to fifth in Serie A.
The Brazilian has reportedly attracted attention from a number of clubs, including Liverpool and Juventus, but his representative has denied claims Hernanes will be leaving the capital club.
Joseph Lee told reporters that he is happy at the Stadio Olimpico and can’t see why the midfielder would want to leave.
He said: “We have received offers but [Lazio President Claudio] Lotito does not want to sell and the player is happy in Rome.
“I do not see why he would want to leave and he has never said he wanted to either."
Hernanes recently stated that he believes Lazio can beat Juventus this Saturday, when they travel to Turin to take on the league champions.
