Liverpool have had a very good start to thia season"s Premier League, a competition which they haven"t won since 1990.
After 9 games, Liverpool are level on points [20] with leaders Manchester City and Arsenal, only behind on goal-difference. The start to the season, incidentally, is encouraging for the club"s the fans, who haven"t seen their beloved side win the competition since 1990. But the players are not getting carried away with the exciting start and stay focused, as explained by forward Roberto Firmino. He said: The championship started excitingly with good games and well contested. But it is only the beginning. We are focused to have a good season, our group is very close and are aware of what lies ahead. It is a daily work, we have to give our maximum in every workout, and every game. Just so we get there."
