Member of the coaching staff at Real Madrid, former player Roberto Carlos is not interested in seeing compatriot Neymar at Los Blancos.
According to the Brazilian, Real Madrid already have players that are good enough on the team, including stars like Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale and Benzema. He said: “We can be calm about Neymar; he is happy where he is, and we have very good players. They just talk about three players at Barça. In Madrid they talk about a collective of players.”
The former left-back also discussed why Real Madrid are reluctant to allow rivals Barcelona to play this year’s Copa del Rey final at the Santiago Bernabéu. Carlos added: “There are many stadiums in Spain to play the Copa, why the Bernabéu? In 2004, Barcelona did not hand over the Camp Nou for us to play the final of the Copa del Rey against Zaragoza.”
