Cruzeiro are reportedly interested in signing Brazilian attacking midfielder Anderson Talisca on loan from Benfica, but the player’s agent has ruled out a move.
According to the information from Globo Esporte, Cruzeiro are believed to have an interest in Anderson Talisca, and also Sampdoria’s Brazilian born striker Éder. Portuguese newspaper O Jogo reported that Benfica immediately rejected a €500,000 bid from Cruzeiro to have him on loan until the end of 2016, but the paper ensures that they will try again and increase the proposal to €1 million. Talisca’s agent Jessé Carvalho was skeptical about the chances of the former Bahia man leaving the Portuguese club, and told Rádio Itatiaia: “There’s nothing. Benfica says that the player is not available for loan. He will not leave. He will stay at Benfica.”
Talisca has had very good phases in Portugal and even earned himself a Brazilian national team call up, but has lost ground this season.
