Brazil take on England tonight in the second round of group matches at the U17 World Cup in Chile both with a point to prove following poor first round defeats.

Both nations got off to a bad start in their group last weekend as England drew 1-1 with Guinea and a ten-man Brazil went down 1-0 to South Korea.

Brazil who were one of the big favourites to win the cup coming into the tournament in Chile were left humbled by a hardworking Korean side as they snatched victory with a Jang Jaewon goal.

The Canarinho’s coach Carlos Amadeu has already moved on from the disappointment of that game and said his side will be prepared and will go into the game with England with the ‘ambition to win’.

However, despite the regret the Brazil side may have at not picking up even a point, England coach Neil Dewsnip was relatively happy and stressed the point that his men were now ‘up and running’ in the tournament.

Nevertheless this is the game that everyone would have considered the group decider beforehand and will provide a massive boost to the winner for the rest of the competition.

Brazil will be hoping Arsenal target Luis Henrique is back on form following a quiet game against the Koreans and Dewsnip will look to Marcus Edwards of Tottenham and Chris Willock of Arsenal to unlock the door for England.
