Corinthians’ young wing-back Guilherme Arana, who was a starter against Fluminense, Palmeiras and Grêmio, has suffered a muscle strain in his left thigh and will be out for around ten days.
Guilherme Arana was injured in the 15th minute of the Brasileirão game against Grêmio on Wednesday, and had to be replaced by Yago. The 18-year-old, who was a scorer in the 3-3 draw with Palmeiras, should miss the club’s next three fixtures, against Joinville, Internacional and Santos. Tite should be pleased with the news that Uendel has recovered from a muscle problem and is set to return to the field for Sunday’s match against Joinville. Although there was a small expectancy that midfielder Bruno Henrique could be available for the fixture ins Sunday, he will remain on the sidelines with a sprained left ankle and there’s no confirmation on his return.
