Sāo Paulo striker Alexandre Pato yesterday reaffirmed his desire to remain with the Tricolor until the end of his contract.
The ex-AC Milan man is on loan at the Morumbí from Corinthians, however he had initiated court proceedings to terminate that contract due to unpaid wages, a process which would de facto terminate his contract with São Paulo were it successful.
He said: “The goal has always been to stay at São Paulo. I will work hard, go after my contract and I hope to continue enjoying beautiful things and improving here at the club.”
