Arsenal fans have come up with a novel way of allowing Gabriel Paulista to communicate at the club, through hand signals.
A lot of publicity has been made over the 24 year old’s lack of English and it is hoped these hand signals can help the defender communicate better.
Paulista’s struggle with English didn’t seem to affect his debut as he helped Arsenal keep a clean sheet in their 2-0 win over Middlesbrough in the FA Cup.
There seems to be one little problem that these helpful fans have overlooked. Even if Paulista does learn these hand signals, who else will even know what he is talking about?
