Danilo has been identified by Barcelona as the perfect replacement when Dani Alves leaves the club.
According to SPORT, Barcelona have been following Danilo for quite a while now and as Dani Alves hasn’t given any signs of wanting to renew his contract, the Catalan club would intensify their interest in the 23-year-old full-back. Barça would want Neymar to lend a helping hand as he shares a very good relationship with Danilo. They both played together at Santos and won the U20 Sudamericano with Brazil. They were also in the Brazilian team that finished second in 2012 London Olympics.
