Indonesian agent Joseph Lee who lives in Brazil and represents Shandong Luneng in Brazil, says he’s awaiting the response from the Chinese club regarding Diego Tardelli.
Shandong Luneng made an offer of around €6 million for the services of Tardelli but it was rejected by Atlético Mineiro. The Brazilian club are wanting more and have already sent a counter proposal to Shandong who are yet to respond. Negotiations are currently stopped and the president of Shandong Luneng will arrive in Brazil this week. Joseph Lee was quoted in Superesportes MG: “We have sent the proposal to them, but they didn’t respond. We have to wait a bit. Tardelli is a priority? I cannot answer that. There was interest from Guangzhou, but now, no more.”
