The agent of Corinthians attacking-midfielder Nicolás Lodeiro has confirmed Internacional’s interest in his client.
No space in the Corinthians team under Mano Menezes, Lodeiro still have no idea about his role under new coach Tite in 2015. In an interview with Argentine television channel TyC Sports, Lodeiro’s agent Gerardo Cano revealed that Inter coach Diego Aguirre asked for his signing.
According to Cano, Internacional would have competition from Boca Juniors for his signing. Lodeiro has a €10 million clause in his Corinthians contract and this is seen as a potential obstacle for a transfer.
