Brazil captain Thiago Silva is in confident mood ahead of Paris Saint Germain’s key game against Barcelona next week.
The two heavyweights go into the Champions League clash just a point apart and have already guarenteed qualification. But finishing top of the group will mean the chance of playing a weaker opponent in the next round.
“It’s a special game because it is against a high-level team and we want to win,” said Silva, “They play very well, but if we show our qualities, we can beat them.”
Paris Saint Germain won the last game between the two sides 3-2 and hold a slender one point lead in the group. But Barcelona go into the game as favourites due to it being played in the Nou Camp.
