Oscar rounded off a good week for Chelsea by scoring in their 2-1 win over Queens Park Rangers on Saturday.

The playmaker was part of the side that beat Shrewsbury Town in the League Cup on Tuesday, and the Brazil international netted the opening goal as Jose Mourinho’s men edged out the R’s at Stamford Bridge to maintain their grip at the top of the Premier League.

Elsewhere, it was a second successive defeat for Barcelona’s Daniel Alves as Luis Enrique’s men slipped to a 1-0 reverse to Celta at Camp Nou.

Meanwhile Anderson Talisca continued his impressive form by netting the winning goal for Benfica on the hour mark as they beat Rio Ave 1-0 at Estadio da Luz on Friday evening.
