The Olympics might still be two years away, but Alexandre Gallo and the Brazil U21 have started preparations for what will be another attempt to win the coveted gold medal in 2016.

In Doha, Brazil defetead Qatar U22 4-0, Palestina U23 3-0 and drew 2-all with the Men’s A team of Libanon. Overall, Brazil scored nine goals and just conceded two.

“They are players who are with us for a long time, we understand everything that happens amd live with them,” said Alexandre Gallo, Brazil’s U21 coach, as reported by Globoesporte.com.

“We are especially committed to our work.’

“We hope to improve their level, many of them are playing in Europe,” added Gallo.

The preparation of the Olympics side continues in October when two friendlies against South American opponents have been scheduled in Brazil.
