Chelsea midfielder Oscar may be on national team duty currently but he still found the team recently to speak about his never-say-die attitude at the Premier League club.
The 22-year-old spoke to Chelsea FC Magazine about his willingness to win and also his personality on and off the pitch.
The Brazilian, unsurprisingly, admitted he can be a bit shy but when he enters a football field a creative side comes to the fore.
The Brazilian international said: “If a game is hard, I never quit.
“I’m a bit shy off the pitch, but I am also a creative person and I think I take that part of my personality onto the pitch with me – I like to be creative when I am playing.”
Oscar went on to discuss how he enjoys having space when playing football and insisted he always tries to find a way to win, even if the odds are against him.
He added: “I like to make space and I like to have the ball at my feet.
“If I don’t have the ball, I look to take it and to always keep moving forward. I never give up until I find a way for us to win.”
