James Rodríguez’s volley for Colombia in their Quarter-Final victory over Uruguay has been voted the best goal at the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
Users of FIFA.com decided that the strike was more worthy of the award than Robin van Persie’s header against Spain.
Rodríguez, who is expected to leave Monaco for Real Madrid in the coming days, finished the World Cup as the tournament’s top scorer.
