Internacional head coach Abel Braga has praised his attackers following another clinical display in the State Championship against Esportivo.
Colorado won 3-0 on Friday night to make it ten wins from 12 matches and 24 goals in those games, impressive goalscoring stats.
Braga spoke at a press conference this afternoon and lancenet.com reported the 61-year-old’s comments.
The experienced manager said: “We are playing well offensively. Inter plays forward, plays offensively and like every team it works well but with risk.
“Players are getting close to goal and scoring a lot.”
Braga went on to explain the importance of having a strong squad, something that Internacional possess, and believes it is contributing towards their successful 2014.
The Colorado head coach concluded: “Everyone is jockeying for position. The important thing is to have the group and I can put one that is better in.”
Internacional’s decision to sell star forward Leandro Damião to Santos at the moment is proving to be vindicated.
