Barcelona President Sandro Rosell has insisted Neymar’s contract is “absolutely legal.”
Allegations have been made about the deal agreed with the Brazilian and the matter is now set to be presented in the Spanish High Court.
Despite the allegations that have been made, Rosell is adamant that Barcelona have acted within the rules.
“The signing of Neymar cost us €57.1 million,” he told Mundo Deportivo.
“The rest we cannot explain.
“We have no problem doing so but we were asked not to. Otherwise we couldn’t have completed the signing.
“I really want to explain it but I can only speak about this contract before the judge.
“Any contract the club has agreed is absolutely legal and spotless.”
