Jorge Machado, the agent of Corinthians defender Edenílson, has admitted his client is looking for a move to Europe, with Italy his preferred destination.
The full-back, who has been linked with Napoli, was a regular for Corinthians last season, missing just two Brasileirão matches.
Having impressed in Brazil over the last two years, Machado believes Edenílson, 24, is now ready to move on to Europe.
We are just waiting to see what Corinthians do,” he told Bradesco Sports FM.
“We have to understand the situation before we can really do anything.
“Edenílson is calm – he’s just waiting for the club. Europe and Italy are fascinating destinations.”
