Bayern Munich defender Dante agrees with the International Federation of Football History & Statistics" [IFFHS] decision to name Manuel Neuer the best goalkeeper in the world.
Neuer received the accolade earlier this year. Dante insists having a stopper as assured as the German allows the team to play with more confidence and feels the award was fully deserved.
“You automatically feel confident when you know that you have the best goalkeeper in the world standing behind you," he said to GOAL.com.
“We are all very happy for Manuel that he was voted the world’s best and have already congratulated him on it."
