Barcelona coach, Gerardo Martino, feels that the praise Neymar is receiving is good but he feels that the striker still has to mature.

Last week Neymar hit his first hat trick for his new club and his first goal in the Champions League against Celtic, after moving from Santos in the summer.

But his coach, Martino, feels that the 21 year old must keep his feet on the ground and has a lot more to learn: “He has to settle in Spanish football and get to know the referees. After the first half of the season he’ll have a better view. It’s a matter of learning,” he told Marca.

Team mate, Alex Song, also rang out the praises of the young Brazilian: “He’s getting better all the time and the goals are naturally coming along. He’s really happy here and he, like the rest of us is so looking forward to playing together with Messi again.”

Neymar signed for Barcelona for a fee of €57 million in June and has already proved many doubters wrong with his performances.
