Seleção star, Leandro Damiao, will soon complete his transfer to Santos after agreeing a deal with the club yesterday.
It has today been reported by SuperEsportes, that a group of English businessmen produced the funds for Santos to purchase the player.
The club have a paid a Brazilian record of €41 million for the 24 year old, and the company, Doyen Sports realised the funds for the Saints to pursue their man.
Damiao has been a hot property in Brazil for a long time and has attracted attention from Tottenham in the summer but chose to stay with Internacional.
