The Bayer Leverkusen central defeneder Juan is a doubt for the match against Bolivia in Paz on Sunday.
The former Flamengo star has suffered a muscular problem to the right thigh and will be withdrawn from the group which will fly ot the Bolivian capital this weekend.
He could nevertheless be back for the 12th October game against Venezuela in Belem.
