Paris Saint-Germain captain Thiago Silva has insisted that former club Milan will always be in his heart.

The Brazilian centre-back left the Rossoneri last summer after three seasons to join the current Ligue 1 leaders.

However, the 28-year-old has admitted that he could be persuaded to one day return to the San Siro

He told Simona Ventura TV: “I am very happy in Paris. Although I am sorry for the Milan fans.

“They will always be in my heart.

“I miss all good things in life, among them is Fluminense and Milan.

“I still remember the first time I went to San Siro, I was in the stands to watch Milan – Fiorentina.

“I was impressed from that moment on.”

Silva, who continues to be linked with a move to Barcelona, could guide PSG to the French title with three points against Valenciennes on Sunday.
