PSG defender Alex feels Barcelona are the best team in the world and that every footballer dreams of playing for them.
The Ligue 1 leaders face the La Liga leaders in the final eight of the Champions League this evening.
Alex has spoken highly of the Catalan powerhouse and realises his side face a tough task to emerge victorious at the Parc des Princes.
The 30-year-old told Onda Cero: “For me, Barcelona are the best team I have ever seen play. Every footballer wants to play at Barcelona and be a part of that team.
“However, they are not unbeatable, We must put in a good performance. We have to play like AC Milan did in the first leg at San Siro. Barcelona tend to struggle against teams that play on the counter-attack.
“[Lionel] Messi and [Andres] Iniesta are their two main danger-men. We need to pay them close attention. With a bit of luck, we can get a good result."
Tuesday’s game is scheduled to kick off at 19:45, with the return leg at the Camp Nou set for six days later.
