Chelsea defender David Luiz is targeting the Premier League title following the Blues’ defeat to Corinthians in the Club World Cup final on Sunday.

The Stamford Bridge outfit lost the showpiece final 1-0, which reduced Luiz to tears come the final whistle in Japan.
However, the Seleção star believes it’s time to forget about the defeat and focus on winning the Premier League.
The 25-year-old said: “I am sad because I said before the game this is one competition I really wanted to win.
“But I lost a final and now I am going to look for another title in my life.
“I play for a big club and I need to win and I need to win big titles, so Chelsea must now try to win the Premier League.”
Jose Guerrero netted the only goal of the game at the Nissan Stadium and Chelsea were reduced to ten men after Gary Cahill was shown a straight red card.
Fernando Torres had good opportunities to score for the Blues, including an effort that was ruled offside, but the European champions were unable to break the deadlock.
Luiz added: “Chelsea tried to win all the game and all the players worked hard to score. We created a lot of opportunities to score but we were unlucky because we couldn’t score one goal.
“This was the game, two teams worked hard to win the title but only one team could score a goal.
“I am disappointed but I need to look to the future because I have many games ahead.”
Next up for David Luiz and Chelsea is a Capital One Cup quarter-final clash with Championship outfit Leeds on Wednesday.
