According to the Mirror newspaper in London. Brazilian defender Dede has claimed he is set to join champions Chelsea.
Its a position the Chelsea are known to be look for a player for and Dede appears to fit the criteria.
His current club Borussia Dortmund need the cash and Chelsea need the talent, so a deal would seem likely. With only a passport/visa a potential sticking point.
Dede is reported to have said: “There have already been two meetings with Chelsea. The last one took place two weeks ago and they want me.
“The problem is that, because I’m not an international, it’s difficult to get a work permit for me to play in England.
“But Chelsea are aware of that. They said they will get back to me and then contact Dortmund once they’ve found a way to get a passport for me.”
