Corinthians coach Tite has described Neymar as a bad example to children following his side’s 3-2 defeat by Santos on Sunday.

The 59-year-old trainer was left fuming after the highly-rated 20-year-old escaped a red card for stamping on Timão right-back Guilherme Andrade during the second-half at the Vila Belmiro.

”Guilherme was trampled on by Neymar,” Tite told reporters.

”How many times have we played them and what was the level of sportsmanship from Corinthians?

”When we faced them in the Libertadores, Emerson made a reckless challenge on Neymar and was sent off for it. Neymar fell to the ground and rolled around. When Emerson was sent off, he got up and was fine.

”Losing or winning is part of the game, but simulating a situation to take the advantage is not.

”It’s a bad example for a child who is growing up, like my son.”
