AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani believes that the club is likely to encounter difficulties in their attempts to re-sign Brazilian midfielder Kaká.

It is believed that Real Madrid coach José Mourinho informed the 30-year-old earlier this week that he is no longer features in his plans for the upcoming season and may look for another club.

On Wednesday, Kaká’s agent revealed that he was in talks with AC Milan about a possible summer move, but according to Galliani, the tax system in Italy could prevent the deal from happening.

”It will be very difficult,” the Rossoneri chief told reporters. ”There are a thousand factors which could make this impossible.

”As always, the problem is money. Milan cannot afford to pay some wages, because Spain have a different tax system.

”The law there has changed but only for future contracts. The contracts that were already signed will stay as they were.”

Reports in both Spain and Italy are suggesting that Milan are hoping to bring Kaká back to the San Siro on a one-year loan deal.
