After a long, drawn-out process it has been ruled that the 20-year-old Brazil international must return to São Paulo and see out the duration of the contract he walked out of in 2010.
Inter are attempting to agree a compensation package with São Paulo, but there has been little progress and the likelihood of a European side coming-in for the youngster is increasing by the day.
Unless Oscar decides to return to São Paulo, or Inter come up with the money, Oscar will remain out-of-action for some time yet.
