Italian newspaper Corriere dello Sport are reporting that Roma are eyeing up another capture from Brazil, in this case Flamengo’s 17-year-old midfielder Adryan.
Adryan, who only last week disclosed that he turned down a move to Manchester United, was voted Brazil’s player of the tournament at last year’s Under-17 World Cup, as well as winning the same award for the Under-20 side at the Copa del Mediterraneo earlier this month.
The midfielder’s star is rising quickly at home, added to by a smart debut goal for Flamengo in January, but has not featured since the arrival of new boss Joel Santana.
Roma, who have already snapped-up Red Devils admired full-back Dodô, are looking heavily to Brazil as they look to build a team for the coming years.
