The 22-year-old is fast becoming one of the most sought-after players in the world, with AC Milan, Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur and Paris Saint-Germain all believed to be showing interest in the Brazil international.
“I would like to play in Italy along with two of my favourite strikers, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Edinson Cavani,” Damião told Corriere dello Sport.
“But I think I might also do well in Spain or England. I’m used to living with rumours of European clubs interested in me and already being sold to several teams in different countries.
“The time is right to go to Europe, but only to wear the shirt of a team as strong as Internacional. However, I’m ready.”
Damião’s contract with Internacional runs until July 2016.
