The latest FIFA world rankings announced last night see Mano Menezes’ Brazil side slip to seventh place, a drop of four places in the past twelve months.

A friendly with Bosnia at the end of this month will give the posibility of a move up to sixth, but for a country accustomed to footballing success, this is scant consolation.
