The Argentinian Football Association has announced on their official website that the tie will be played in New Jersey at the MetLife stadium although the CBF have yet to confirm the fixture.

Brazil’s last meeting with their fierce rivals was in September – a game in which they won 2-0 thanks to goals from Lucas Moura and Neymar.

The five-time world champions are also set to take on Egypt in Cairo in February but Sambafoot understands the match could be cancelled because of security concerns.
