Léo will line-up alongside Victorino and Naldo at the heart of the defence and has full confidence in his team’s ability to avoid relegation.
The defender also refuted suggestions that it is a defensive move by ‘Foxes’ boss Vagner Mancini.
“Often, people think that with three defenders it is more defensive, but it is not,” said the central-defender.
“We managed to adapt well, press more and create more chances. And this, of course, with the commitment and dedication of everyone.”
