The judge has ordered a punishment of R$50,000 for anyone who breaks the judgement, as Elano took action to protect his father.
Ex-girlfriend and actress Nivea Stelmann had sent the images on a CD via FEDEX, following the couple’s split duing this year’s Copa America.
A spokeswoman for the actress declined to comment on the matter.
