The 19-year-old, who recently helped Brazil to win the Under-20 World Cup, is already a key player with his club and has a contract that runs until February 2015.
But he has been strongly linked with a move to Europe. Barcelona, Internazionale and Milan have both been linked, and now Roma have been added to the mix.
Il Corriere dello Sport quotes the youngster as saying: “I have always dreamed of playing for Roma. If there’s an opportunity for me to join them I’d like to find a solution where all parties involved are happy.”
