“I did the entire pre-season with Arsenal and played several games in China and Malaisia. I’m ready to play, it all depends on the coach choices,” He said. “I’m fit and I’ll try to adapt to my new teammate quickly.”
Denilson acknowledge the fact that a move to Sao Paulo give him more opportunity to play in a first team. But on the Arsenal website he admitted being sad: “I move away with sadness because I have so many friends at Arsenal and everyone has always been so supportive towards me.”
