Manchester United Antonio Valencia is the first Premier League player out of the Copa America. And the Ecuadorian won’t probably keep good memories of this year’s competition. First because Ecuador is out of the tournament. And secondly because the Red Devil injured himself in the first game against Paraguay.

Last September Valencia contracted injured one of his ankle and had to go through surgery. The fear was that the same ankle might have been hit which would be worrying for the player’s next season.  But Reuters reported that: "[Paraguay player] stepped on his foot and very nearly fractured it again. He has a bruise on the spot where he has a titanium plate, he couldn"t put his weight on his foot, but the swelling has gone down about 40% since Sunday."
