Ferreira, after the game, acknowledged the risk and praised Endrick’s performance. “Regarding Endrick, you saw that he came from a blow in the national team. But he is actually a kid with a star and scored the goal fortunately. We were afraid of him taking a hit on the thigh, but we took the risk,” he said, expressing optimism about Endrick’s recovery.

The coach also urged patience from Palmeiras fans and emphasized their support’s importance. “I ask the fans for patience, as we have to win every game, but we pull our fans after scoring the goal,” Ferreira stated, seeking continued fan support despite the pressure.

Looking ahead, Palmeiras faces Santos in the final. Ferreira pointed out Santos’ strengths and their focus on the Series B championship. “It’s true that Santos has the ambition to win and fight. But I think that, honestly, Santos has a long year ahead of them, having to take on the responsibility of being a protagonist in Series B,” he remarked, setting the stage for a competitive final.
