The Brasileirao (Brazilian League) have been known for internationally renowned figures and this 2023 season is no exception. Especially with the winter market bringing more stars to South American football.

At present, the Brazilian league has 15 footballers who participated in the 2014 World Cup. Six of them represented the host country, while the other eight belong to five different selections.

Of this group, the presence of James Rodríguez stands out; he was one of the great revelations of this tournament by winning the Golden Boot before signing for Real Madrid.
