Kia Joorabchian, one of the representatives of striker Alexandre Pato, revealed that his client is happy in London and is eager to continue at Chelsea.
The Brazilian is currently on loan from Corinthians, but can sign a pre-contract with any club from the middle of the year and then leave the Brasileirão champions for free in January 2017. It"s worth remembering that Chelsea have an option to purchase the player at the end of his loan spell for a reported €12 million. Pato joined Chelsea in January, but scored on his debut against Aston Villa, although he took two months to make his first appearance. Kia told GOAL: “He wanted to come to Chelsea, it was his first choice. He loves the Premier League and will be here if Chelsea want him. He will speak with the club at the end of the season. There is a new manager [Antonio Conte] coming in and we will have to have a conversation [about a permanent transfer]. I think a lot of things will change between now and the end of the season. He was very successful in his first Premier League match and he needs to continue to impress."
