Liverpool midfielder Lucas Leiva is a wanted man after AC Milan joined the race for his signature.
The 28 year old is expected to leave Liverpool after eight years at the club as he has had a falling out with manager Brendan Rodgers. Inter Milan have long been linked with the Brazilian but now their rivals AC are set to make a bid according to Gazzetta dello Sport.
AC Milan have spent their summer trying to capture Zenit St Petersburg midfielder Axel Witsel but have had no luck. Lucas is a much cheaper option as Liverpool would look for around £8 million.
