A policeman and a former policeman have been arrested in connection with the murder of eight men at the headquarters of a Corinthians fan club in April.
Members of the Pavilhão Nove group had been preparing banners ahead of the next day’s derby game with Palmeiras, when the gunmen burst in.
São Paulo police have, however, suggested that the killings were related to drugs, rather than football.
