Former Brazil manager Phil Scolari has hit back at rumours that he will leave Gremio.
After losing to Internacional in the final of the Gaucho championship there were some who expected Scolari to leave his position. There has been talk of a move to China or Peru but Scolari denies any discussions.
“You want to hear me say that I’m leaving? You will not hear it. They are interested in gossip. Do not listen, do not read and do not believe them. If we had won, it would have been perfect but it’s not because we lost that I will leave. My career at Gremio is not played in a game.”
